Welding
We have established more than 35 WPS which are as per ASME Sec-IX, AWS D1.1 and IS9595. We have WPS/PQR/WPQ for TiG welding, SMAW, MIG (solid wire), MIG (flux cored) and SAW. Qualifications are for carbon steels, alloy steels, SS and there cobinations. Qualifications also coverplate thicknesses upto 200mm and welding positions up to 6G.
All welding machines, ovens, and measuring instruments are calibrated. We carry out regular inspection from raw material stage to finish product.

Blasting and painting
We have copper slag blasting facility at 2 units which is cpomplimented with airless painting systems. We also have all the measuring instruments for checking the quality of balsting and painting (profile comparators, profile depth gauge, relative humidity meter, ambient and surface temperature measurement, wet film gauges, elecometer, peel off testing, holiday etstint, salt spray testing).
